I don't really even know where to start when it comes to Uniqlo. There have always been stores where you shop the basics in your wardrobe. But I specifically remember walking into Uniqlo for the first time when I moved to London seven years ago and feeling like a kid in a candy shop. I didn't know where to start. Not only are their basics fantastic quality (yes, I still own a few shirts that have actually held up for seven years) but they also offer a twist on what we consider the classics. By twist I mean they bring in an incredible designer and have them give us their version of the classics - it's named the "Designer Invitation Project". Shipley and Hamos are their current invitees and they have pleased the masses with a fantastic turn out of work. In previous posts I noted that every woman should go out and buy the Gucci playsuit...well if you don't have a spare £1.5k I would suggest turning to Uniqlo and picking up the playsuit in silk made by this dynamic duo. The best part is it's now on sale for £19.99.

And now Uniqlo has one of the hottest supermodels this year, Agyness Deyn, staring in their campaign for sportswear (Oh and some of you might also notice the oh so sweet husband of Halle Berry standing next to her in the shots in store...hello gorgeous!). Once again Uniqlo have created a line to make us swoon...and one that allows us to look gorgeous while being sporty. I feel myself regressing back into my childhood as a tomboy.
