I almost dropped my caramel latte when I saw the pictures of Prince Albert of Monaco at the South Pole today. Oh my goodness! I thought we were feeling the chill in Britain at the moment, but minus 40 - that's just awful! How do you even train for something like that? Especially if you live in Monaco? It might get a little colder in the winter, but you're never going to face subzero temperatures and snowstorms and fog. Hats off to Albert for taking such a bold step to highlight the problems caused by climate change.
